Does anyone know of a public domain or shareware application for fitting
DNA histograms to a model and extracting proportions of nuclei in the
various phases of the cell cycle? I only need to obtain data from normal
histograms without aneuploidy or other complications. The project does not
justify the cost of one of the commercial packages at this stage.
