Henry Wortis asks what the large cells are which show up on re-analysis of
lymphocytes sorted by FSC and SSC from bone marrow. Henry: any possibility
that they are actually aggregates of normal-sized lymphocytes which stuck
together after sorting? Use of a DNA stain during re-analysis might
resolve this.
