If you routinely titrate antisera by FACS analysis using uniform cell
lines, you'll probably be able to extract the corrected linear
fluorescence intensities much faster with MFI than with other
software. You'll also probably be able to print out results in the
final form you want, rather than doing manual corrections.

Version 3.4c of my free PC-based list-mode cytometry data analysis
program MFI.EXE is now available for retrieval by anonymous FTP from
flowcyt.cyto.purdue.edu in directory pub/martz. For detailed
instructions on use of FTP, email a request to me.

MFI 3.4c shows the positions of medians (and means) graphically on
histograms, and displays the entire contents of list mode file headers
on request. A couple of bugs were fixed. Details are in the file
MFI34C.DOC.
