I DO NOT AGREE! I DO NOT THINK THAT THERE WILL BE ROOM FOR BOTH ESACP
AND A NEW FEDERATION IN EUROPE, AND THEREFORE THAT ANY DECISIONS MADE
IN FAVOUR OF A FEDERATION WILL HAVE IMPACT ON ESACP. FOR THIS REASON I WILL
