Hi Ho.
Last week, I put out an e-mail that I was having problems with my
FACStar upgrade, and I put out another e-mail thanking everybody for
sending in their comments. I would like to request from everybody one
more thing. I am taking a survey of people who have BD equiptment. I am
interested in what hardware/software people have, and any problems
people are having with them. My reason behind this survey is that there
seems to be many people with problems. If I can compile everone's
thoughts, maybe a common thread will be evident, giving BD clue how to
fix it. If you are interested in particip[atig in this survey, please
drop me a line. I will e-mail you the survey directly.
