We're having trouble with the sheath pressure: we call for sheath
pressure and the Elite responds with a pressure about 2psi lower than
requested, also unstable. We don't think we have leaks, or that the soft-
ware is playing up. Suggestion has been that valve VL1 is either dirty
or is malfunctioning. Question: does anyone know how to remove valve
VL1; also how do you clean it, and finally does anyone have any other
suggestions?

Thanks in anticipation! David Galbraith (Cytometry of Other Life Forms).
