I am not feeling comfortable about the staining patterns of my Thy-1
fitc/CD34 pe staining patterns. I use thy1 from Pharmingen and CD34 from
BD. The problem I see is weak Thy1 staining and low percentages. Most
of what I stain are PBSC collections. If someone could let me know how
much thy1 they use per 1x10-6 cells etc. If I couold recieve a fax
printout of typical staining patterns, it would be greatly appreciated.

thanks for any help.
