I have an investigator who is interested in accurate enumeration of
plasma cells in bone marrow. Any suggestions on how to proceed? I have used
bright CD38 and CD45 negative to define plasma cells but I am looking for
neoplastic or abnormal cells and haven't been concerned with the numbers.
If anyone has attempted this before I'd appreciate input.
