Dear Flow-ers
I have a client who is desparately searching for a commercial source for
either a monoclonal or polyclonal anti mouse IgG conjugated to PE-Cy5.
I have checked Linscott's 96-97 edition and cannot locate PE-Cy5 attached
to any anti immunoglobulin products. Is there a problem that I am unaware
of in this conjugation? There are plenty of monoclonal antibodies
conjugated with it so what is so special about secondary antibodies?

Any sources or explanations would be gratefullly received.

Thanks in advance,
Rochelle Diamond
