{Has anyone had any experience killing WEHI 231 cells with antibody and
{complement?
{We want to use this as a technique for selecting cell surface molecue loss
{variants but find that the cells are difficult to kill. Anyone who has
{had success (or failure) would have information of use to us.
{Thanks in advance.
