Good Morning
There has been a lot of interaction lately about the choice of probes to
asssess the mitochondrial integrity during apoptosis. Having been focused
elsewhere I've not been attentive--Hence the embarassing question:

Which fluorochromes would provide the simplest index that the membrane
potential has been disrupted, can be used after fixation and has "green"
spectral characteistics on emission.

Thanks

Chris Froelich
