In reaction to Mahesh Bhalgat's mail on live-dead discrimination I
would like to ask if anyone can provide staining protocols or papers
which describe the procedure (as Adrian Morris also asked) for
using Sytox Green (Cat # S-7020) from Molecular Probes?
