Dear flow-ers,

One of my colleague would like to set up T-cell crossmatching protocol in
our Transplantation Center. Our first trial have been satisfactory. We,
however, is not certain about where we can obtain good negative control
serum for the test. According to some of the reference we have reviewed, we
basically have to pool serum from at least 20 healthy AB blood type persons
and use it as a negative control. The problem is that we do not run T-cell
crossmatching test very often (approx. 2-3 test/months). Is there a good
commercial source for the control serum that we can buy in a smaller
quantity? Or can anyone give us suggestion on a good alternative source?
Thank you in advance.
