AML

We have just seen a case that is suspected of being AML but is
positive for CD13 only. It is negative for all other markers
including CD45. This patient has presented with bilateral renal
masses and a deep iliac mass. A random bone marrow showed a diffuse
infiltrate of blast cells believed to be myeloid but only CD13
positive. Has anyone else seen any AMLs that are only positive for
CD13?
Thanks for the help.
