Hi flowers,=20

I=B4m interested in detection/quantification of cytoplasmatic and/or
intranuclear STAT proteins by fluorescence microscopy or flow.
Has anybody experience with these proteins? E.g.:
- Is the amount of protein/cell above the detection limit?
- Are fixation and staining protocol(s) available?
All papers I found so far describe use of anti-STAT mAbs for Western
blotting analysis etc. but not for immunofluoescence stainings.

Every suggestion is welcome!

Thanks in advance

Georg
