We are looking for cell types, preferably human, which adhere strongly
to glass coverslips at temperatures of 37oC and above and which are
resistant to leakage of fluorescent dyes. We found already that Na
Green, for instance, leaks at a very high rate from human macrophages,
lung epithelial cancer cells, and human cortical neurons. Similar
with SBFI and Indo-1 at anything above room temperature. We will be
grateful for any suggestions.
