Format:  Please confirm that these requirements have been followed, to 
ensure readability of all files.	

o  Filenames must be 8 chars.3 chars.  Longer filenames will not work!!!
o  Images should be in gif or tif (uncompressed) format.  Users 
   typically use 800x600 full screen resolution.  Images should be sized 
   accordingly.
o  Text files should be in ASCII format (PC and Mac)
o  Mac programs should be self-extracting mac binary files that have 
   been hqx encoded 	(binhexed).
o  Java applets ok, java scripts are not.  We are working in HTML 3.2.
