The use of quantum simply cellular beads will give a read out of the
relative fluorescence of any antibody-fluorchromeconjugate used without
the need for a calibration curve using beads which are fluoresceinated.
so either a FITC-IgG or a PE-IgG should still tell you the relative
number of antibody sites on the cells compared to the bead standard
(varying number of anti-IgG sites/bead). Does this partially anwser your
question?
