We are monitoring lymphocyte subsets on a partial DiGeorge patient. From
day 13 to 3 months age, the T cells have slowly increased. However, B
cells have declined from 25% of lymphs (228 B cells / uL) to 9% (99 B
cells / uL).

The patient received large amounts of gamma globulin.

The question is: can neonatal administration of gammma-g suppress B cell
development? Information from clinical or animal models would be helpful.
