Each lab group gets a CD copy of their data whenever they have enough
to fill a CD.
One group may fill a CD quickly, while 2 or 3 other groups together
take much longer.
To avoid loss of data by corrupted disks, we make two copies of every
disk, give one to the user group and keep one as a master copy.
Yes, several disks have been damaged!
(the term is *nearly* indestructible!)
When a CD is damaged, we make another copy from the master and give
it to the user.
We are considering $+ for further copies....
Cheers, Joseph.
