Dear colleagues,
the IFCC Constitution and Bylaws were received today. The constitution is available at: http://www.biochem.mpg.de/valet/efcsfed1.html
The display of the Bylwas will follow shortly. This provides a first impression on the structure of a federation of scientific societies. The corresponding FEBS document will hopefully be available from next week on for display on the Internet.
