Purdue Cytometry CD-ROM Volume 3 | ||
Consensus documents & ring trials | Section advisor: Dr. Guenter Valet |
The complexity of multiparameter analysis techniques and the large and growing number of cytometry methods neccessitate a standardization of protocols for flow cytometry, in order to achieve interlaboratory reproducibility. Therefore, several groups around the world have met to establish consensus protocols and guidelines for current methods in flow cytometry. Those listed here require internet access, and many have been published in journals. For an up-to-date listing, please visit the source of this list at Cytorelay, MPI-Biochemie, Martinsried, Germany
