Jodi,

the TNF-alpha receptor is sensitive to Trypsin treatment.
Could you use EDTA instead of Trypsin or do fluorescence microscopy with
adherent cells instead of flow for your experiments?
Or could you use another (suspension) cell line to avoid Trypsin treatment
during development of the method?
