Ralph,

I believe Greg Ladics said that you have used a Coulter counter for
your splenic cell counts for the phenotyping. We've been encountering
some problems with ours (ZB1). Can you tell me what threshold you use?
Any other advice?
thanks,
Cindy

Has anyone quantified CD4+OX22+ rat splenic lymphocytes that have not
been enriched? We want to quantify this subset, but have been
unsuccessful in attempts to discriminate W3/25+ OX22+ cells from whole
spleen preps. We are aware of several publications in which
enrichment was employed to characterize this subset. However, is
enrichment (i.e., either positive or negative) necessary? Would
appreciate any information on this topic.

Thanks,
