Hi all.
I want to thank everyone who responded to my last two messages, the
FACStar "upgrade" and the research to clinical lab question. I received
many responses to both topics.
For those of you who answered the question on how to handle the change
form a research to a clinical lab, thanks for the advice. It seems I
have a long, hard road ahead of me, but hey, life's a challange. Like I
said, this is a project that I am just beginning to think about. I have
no plans to run any clinical samples until I am up and running.

And for those who responded to the FACStar "upgrade". You are not alone.
I recieved many responses from people with the same problems. (BD, take
notice!) There should be a BD Flow users support group. We can meet 4
times a year and console each other after we LO$T A THREE MONTH LONG
EXPERIMENT BECAU$E OUR $ORTER "UPGRADE" LO$T FL3 AND FL4
CAPABILITY!!!!!!

Anyway, thanks again, and keep the comments flowing. (get it?)

Bill

Oh, A BD rep contacted me through this mailing list, but I lost his
address. Sorry, if you drop me another line, I will respond. BN
