Dear colleagues,

does anybody know a source for fluorescent beads with changing fluorescence
properties (such as excitation of emission spectrum) with the pH value. I
want to measure the pH value of the lysosomes of phagocyting macrophages. The
beads should have about 2 um diameter. I have beads which show variations,
but they are really not monodispers, the fluorescence distribution is
extremely broad. I would like to have a sharper distribution. All laser
wavelength from UV to HeNe could be used.

Thank you in advance

Best regards to all flow people

Wolfgang Beisker
