I am an otolaryngologist in Catholic University of Taegu, South Korea.
I am very intersted in allergy, so I would like to study the rhinorrhea
with flow cytometery.
I collected the rhinorrhea and diluted it with Dithiothreitol and HBSS
after than cytocentrifuged it. If I would like to check the cellular
component with flow cytometery, how should I treat or manage it.
And I would like to know your experience of the analysis of rhinorrhea
by flow cytometery.
sincerely yours
