I want to differentiate human eosinophils with use of fluorescence or
absorption in a flow cytometer. It seems to be quite difficult to
find such a stain, a stain like eosin (for bloodsmears) needs alcohol
and I do not want to mix the blood with other things then PBS-like
buffers.
Does anyone has a good idea?
Thanks.
