We would appreciate any input on protocols for use in quality control of CD34
antibody. Our only known source of QC material is the KG-1a cell line,
available from ATCC....suggestions?
Many thanks

We have successfully used KG-1 rather than KG-1a. KG-1 cells are
approximately 2 logs brighter than isotype control using anti-CD34 from BD.
