I agree with Steven Gore. Also I like the intellectual stimulation provided
by the never ending change in topics, meeting announcements, requests for
reagents, equipment updates,etc. and the fact that it comes up with my e-mail
every day without any additional effort on my part. Why fix it, if it ain't
broken?

Additionally, the government computer cops don't like me surfing the net for
whatever reason. They do not, however, seem to mind subject specific mailing
lists.
