The appointee will work on a collaborative research project between
Macquarie University and Burns Philp Pty assessing the use of flow
cytometry for yeast strain selection.
Applicants should be self motivated and must have experience in
Microbiology, Molecular Biology or Flow Cytometry. An ability to liaise
between Scientists in different organisations is also essential.
Preference will be given to applicants familiar with yeast genetics or flow
cytometry or microscopy.
Position available for period of 8 months at a salary of $29,435 pa
