Has anybody already tested or perhaps even bought a FACSCalibur with the 2nd laser option ? I would be very interested in the performances of the machine, I've only seen it once in demo, but without the possiblity to test it.
My main questions are:
- Is it possible to run 4 real colors (FITC,PE,Cychrome,Cy5 or similar) with the possibility to cross compensate for them ?
- Does DDM work on all the detectors ?
- How stable is the machine in general ?
- How does it compare to the machines from Coulter ?
Thank you very much if any of you has more info on that.
Matthias
