I also want to culture these cells in vitro and have a 1993 paper by Morel,
et al, suggesting the use of sCD23 and IL-7 in culture. I plan to use the
CML cells as stimulators for CTL and eventually targets for measuring CTL
reponse. I will need to keep them in culture for several weeks. Again any
ideas on this topic would be greatly appreciated.
