Re: MDR-1/Rhodamine Efflux

Hi, regarding the reference for Rh-efflux to measure MDR, we have used
Ludescher's original method (Br J Haematol 82:161, 1992) with slight
modification (Leukemia 8:986, 1994) very successfully for measuring MDR
in acute leukemia cells.
