Does anybody now a commercial source for highly purified thiazole
orange. This RNA dye which can be used for the analysis of reticulated
erythrocytes or platelets used to be available by Molecular Probes many
years ago. The only source we found now is Aldrich. Approximately 90 %
purity, however, does not seem optimal for a dye which shows
non-saturable staining characteristics?
Any comments especially from Martin Poot are welcome!
