A simple method to identify M cells is based on the absence of cyclin
A in these cells (Gong et al., Exp. Cell Res., 220: 226-231, 1995).
This is in contrast to G2 cells which have abundance of cyclin A.
This approach should be compatible with the detection of another
antigen in G2 or M.
