Mike,
Pisum sativum agglutinin (PSA) reacts with acrosome contents of acrosome-intact
sperm (Cross et. al. Gamete Res. 15:213-26, 1986). It's available conjugated to
FITC (Sigma L0770). See also a paper we have published using it for
simultaneous assessment of sperm viability and acrosome status with
single-wavelength fluorescence microscopy (Centola et al. Molecular Reproduction
and Development 27:130-5, 1990).
