Acridine orange in FACScan- A problem?

Hi y'all;

In the old days we used to worry about using AO and getting it in the fluid
lines and contaminating subsequent samples thus requiring tubing changes. I
have somebody who wants to use AO in the FACScan and while I presume it is
no problem I thought I would check around to verify this.
