Flowpersons,
I've been trying to isolate CD57+ lymphocytes with streptavidin
immunomagnetic beads and a biotinylated AB. FACS analysis consistently
shows that I've succeeded in pulling out the "bright" fraction of CD57+'s,
but never the "intermediate" or "dim" fractions. Please send any
suggestions to:
mvp@nih.gov. Thanks in advance for any help with this.
