Phenotype for CML cells

I have recently been asked to work with some peripheral blood cells from a
bone marrow transplant recipient with CML. I would like to be able to
isolate the leukemic cells from the other leukocytes and was wondering if
someone could tell me if these cells have a specific phenotype I can look
for. I suspect that these cells are CD34+ DR+ and at some point following
blast crisis they express CD19 but I am not to sure on this and hope that
one of you working in a clinical stetting can help me with this.

I also want to culture these cells in vitro and have a 1993 paper by Morel,
et al, suggesting the use of sCD23 and IL-7 in culture. I plan to use the
CML cells as stimulators for CTL and eventually targets for measuring CTL
reponse. I will need to keep them in culture for several weeks. Again any
ideas on this topic would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
