Hi Michio,
FCS2.0 is described in Cytometry (I haven't got the reference to hand but
will forward it if no-one else does), most companies have adopted it
(with slight but annoying deviations), I'm about to release a shareware
utility for the mac that takes FCS1.0 or FCS2.0 from B-D or Coulter and
allows calculation of ratio and time for export to other analysis programs
(at present only Cellquest) or to spreadsheets. When I have released it,
and if there's a reasonable response, I'm going to use it as an engine for
a shareware analysis program.
