Maryalice: I've noted no significant decrement of B cell proportions in
paraformaldehyde-fixed leukocyte suspensions from normal peripheral blood,
lymph nodes, or spleen reacquired 3-5 days post initial staining and
acquisition. But I have noted a disproportionate number of stat tests
ordered on Friday afternoons. -Karen
