I'm currently collaborating with some French Highschool teachers on a
projet designed to demonstrate some high-tech research methodology to
students. For this project, I'm looking for some original FCS datafiles of
HIV patients PBL analysis, to show them the usage of Flowcytometry.
We would like the students to analyse some original data files using the
WinMDI Program. We thought that HIV is perhaps the most interesting and
accessible subject and I would therefore like to give them some datafiles
on:
CD4 - CD8 - CD3 staining (2 color or three color)
and some B-cell Markers
and if possible from patients with different degrees of immunodeficiency,
compared to a healthy control.
If anyone has some FCS 1.0 or 2.0 (Cellquest, Coulter etc) datafiles that
we could use, I would be very happy if you could let me know.
