Hello colleagues: Does anyone have any experience with mRNA analysis of
sorted cells? We are wondering if it is it possible to obtain relatively
intact mRNA after hours of cell preparation and sorting. In other words,
is the procedure too long, causing extensive mRNA degradation, to allow
this sort of analysis? We're anxiously awaiting replies and/or help
with this problem.
Thanks in advance for your help!
