Yopro-1, Fas ligand antibody

At the risk of posing a question that has perhaps been already discussed,
does anyone have experience using the dye Yopro-1 for detection of
apoptotic cells? I also have someone who is interested in trying to detect
Fas ligand on cells, would anyone know of a commercial source?
