I am a very new user of flow cytometry and at present the
applications seems to be very good. I am involved in drug
development and would like to the use flow technology to score
rodent bone marrow micronucleus tests and the unscheduled DNA
synthesis (UDS) test. These are two assays that are part of a
larger battery of tests used in the industry.
Is there anyone who could give me information and/or advice
regarding the methodology I could use for these applications.
The micronucleus test requires DNA and RNA detection
preferably on a single laser, while the UDS test requires
detection of DNA repair.
Thanks for you help
